Why does a ranking differ?

Check the selected country, store, free or paid chart, and category. Store publication times and cache refresh times can lead to differences. 100+ means the app is outside the retrieved top 100 chart. A dash means we could not determine a rank; neither is rank zero or a download count.

Rank change alerts

Sign in and allow device notifications, then use the bell button or Rank change alerts in a saved app detail to choose conditions. Alerts compare collected snapshots and are not real-time or guaranteed for every change. If an alert does not arrive, check AppChart's push preference, per-app conditions, iOS notification permission, and Focus mode. View alert history in Settings → Alert history.

Sign-in and saved apps

Public rankings do not require sign-in. Use the same AppChart account to access your saved collection. Using another sign-in method may create a separate account with a different collection.

Delete your account

In the iOS app, open Settings → Signed-in account → Delete AppChart account. This also deletes apps and countries saved with the same account on the web. It does not delete your Apple or Google account. Contact us by email if deletion fails or you cannot access your account.

About the service
