Please review these conditions before using AppChart.

Studio138 operates the AppChart website and app. AppChart provides public app information, country and store charts, saved apps, and rank change alerts. You can accept these Terms on the welcome screen to start using the service.
Accounts and responsibilities
Public rankings do not require sign-in. Features such as syncing saved apps and account-based alerts require Apple or Google sign-in. Use your own account and do not access another person's account or information without authorization.
App information and rankings
App information and rankings depend on external store coverage, request times, and cache updates. Rankings do not represent download or revenue figures, and alerts do not guarantee immediate delivery of every change. Check the store's latest information before making important decisions.
Privacy and usage statistics
The Privacy Policy describes how account information, saved apps, and service usage data are processed, retained, and deleted. Usage statistics are processed with Google's Firebase Analytics. The welcome screen explains the collection. Selecting Get started records acceptance of these Terms and consent to the described analytics collection. The document version and acceptance time are stored on your device. You can turn analytics collection off in Settings → Privacy Policy → Share usage statistics.
Rights and prohibited conduct
The operator holds rights to AppChart's software and original design. App names, icons, screenshots, and store trademarks belong to their respective rights holders. AppChart is not operated by Apple or Google. Do not bypass security, infringe others' rights, or disrupt the service with excessive requests.
Changes and ending use
Features may change or become temporarily unavailable due to external providers or operational needs. We will give advance notice of material changes where reasonably possible. You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account in settings. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your server account.
Responsibility and contact
We work to improve service reliability and information accuracy. These Terms do not restrict your statutory rights or exclude the operator's legal responsibilities.
